Raintree is a 74 unit townhouse community located just inside the Beltway (I-495) off Gallows Road. It was established in 1972. The Raintree Homeowners’ Association (RHOA) is served by our all volunteer seven member Board of Directors (Board) who serve three year terms. The terms are staggered so that three positions are up for reelection on an annual basis. RHOA is a non-profit organization whose primary mission is to protect and enhance the value of the Raintree Community and, in the long run, preserve the Raintree Community’s image. The RHOA is assisted by Sequoia Management in its daily operations. The Board has a fiduciary responsibility to ensure adequate reserves and has taken a proactive approach in regularly reviewing the budget for maintenance and landscaping to preserve the community’s property value and general appearance.
Our townhouses sit on a pleasant elevation variations site with many mature trees throughout. We are bounded to the east and south by a wooded area. Typical floor plan for our townhouses includes three levels (some with walk-out basements), three bedrooms, two full baths and two half baths. Our location allows for convenient commute to work, shopping, recreational facilities, medical facilities and public transportation. Metro and Fairfax Connector stop in front of our community. Dunn Loring-Merrifield Metro Station is 3.5 miles away.
