The fourth decal will grant access to the rear auxiliary lot only. The fourth decal will be valid for that calendar year only, and must be reapplied for on an annual basis.\u00a0 The fourth decal will require an annual fee of $150 to be paid by the homeowner, at the time of application. Application for the fourth decal must be done in person at the annual community meeting, at a HOA board meeting, or at the office of Raintree\u2019s community management company.\u00a0<br clear=\"none\" \/><br clear=\"none\" \/>The total number of fourth decals issued for the entire Raintree community will not exceed ten (10) at any one time. The fourth decals will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis, beginning at the annual community meeting for the following calendar year. If there are more than ten (10)\u00a0<span class=\"yiv4629436125\">applicants<\/span>\u00a0present, a lottery system will be used to determine which members will receive fourth decals.
