ANNUAL HOMEOWNERS\u2019 MEETING<\/h1>\n

The Board is obligated to present the proposed 2012 budget and nominate homeowners for the three new Board of Directors positions. All homeowners are strongly encouraged to attend. All residents are also welcome but may not vote.<\/p>\n

Whether you plan to attend the annual meeting or not, please complete the proxy form you will be receiving and return it to Richard Chavez, another board member, or give it to Camellia Fries at GHA no later than Thursday, November 10th<\/sup>. Your proxy form will be given back to you if you are present at the meeting. Your proxy form represents you (and your vote) and enables the Board to reach a quorum.<\/p>\n

Quorum<\/strong> \u2013 At least 35* homeowners (present or by completed and signed proxies) are needed to call the Annual Meeting to order. (*Final number will be verified prior to the meeting.)<\/p>\n

Three Board of Director Openings<\/strong> \u2013 Become a Board member. This is a great way to be directly involved in making our Raintree community the best place to live. Three current members have terms that expire in November. Each director is elected to a three year term with nine members making the full board. Minimum commitment is two hours per month \u2026 every third Thursday evening \u2026 that\u2019s just 24 hours per year.<\/p>\n
