In accordance with the Raintree HOA Bylaws, notices were mailed to all homeowners informing you of the Annual Meeting on November 10, 2015, in order to elect members to the Board of Directors, and so that the business of the Raintree Homeowners Association can be conducted. It is very important that you return the enclosed proxy or attend the Annual Meeting scheduled for:

If you do attend, your proxy will be returned to you at the time you sign in. You may appoint any of the current Board members, any other homeowner, or any person of your choice as proxy. However, please note that the proxy must be signed by all owners of record and dated to be valid.
