Due to a variety of issues, the Annual Homeowner’s Association meeting will be rescheduled as soon as the board locks down a draft 2015 budget. In the meantime, this Thursday’s meeting will be repurposed for a monthly Board Meeting to discuss the recent reserve study, the draft budget and the rescheduling of the annual meeting. Details are below:
Among other business, the board will be discussing the budget for 2015 in preparation for the Annual Homeowners Meeting in November.
Sorry for the late notice, but due to personnel changes with our management company, we have to cancel tonight’s board meeting. Pending the availability of our new manager from GHA, we will try to reschedule next week.
Please note – the location for this particular meeting has been moved to the school cafeteria.
Over the last few weeks, there have been multiple acts of vandalism and theft from cars in the Raintree lots. The HOA board is working with the police to increase patrols on Raintree property. We also encourage homeowners to lock your car doors, keep an eye out for suspicious individuals, and report any incidents to the police.
Please take advantage of the free Christmas tree pickup provided by American Disposal by placing your old trees out with your regular trash on Thursday morning.
