complete the attached proxy form and return to Richard Chavez,
another board member, or give it to Camellia Fries at GHA no later
than Thursday, November 10th. Your proxy form will be given back to
you if you are present at the meeting. Your proxy form represents you
(and your vote) and enables the Board to reach a quorum.
