October 2017 HOA Meeting Minutes
Important: Annual HOA Meeting is this Thursday
This is a reminder of the Annual Meeting on December 7, 2017, in order to elect members to the Board of Directors, and so that the business of the Raintree Homeowners Association can be conducted. It is very important that you return the proxy attached below or attend the Annual Meeting scheduled for:
Date: Thursday, December 7, 2017
Time: 7 p.m. (Check in at 6:45 p.m.)
Place: Woodburn Elementary School Library
3401 Hemlock DriveFalls Church, VA
Please remember that a quorum is necessary to transact any business at this meeting. If you cannot attend, please complete the attached proxy and fax to 703-876-9594 with attention to Paul Genebroso or email to pgenebroso@ghacm.com or hand deliver directly to a board member.
If you do attend, your proxy will be returned to you at the time you sign in. You may appoint any of the current Board members, any other homeowner, or any person of your choice as proxy. However, please note that the proxy must be signed by all owners of record and dated to be valid.
Lower Wheathwheel Sidewalk Project Scheduled for Tomorrow
The previously mentioned sidewalk/concrete project in Lower Wheathwheel has been rescheduled to Friday Dec 10th. Impacted homeowners should have received notices on their doors and the impacted parking spaces (to be vacated by 7am) have been marked with a sign.
Lower Wheatwheel Sidewalk Project Delayed due to Weather
Homeowners, please note the project scheduled for today and detailed below (and sent to homeowners via mail) has been delayed due to inclement weather. Stay tuned for updates. Thanks.
