Due to technical issues, the December 15th Annual Meeting of the Raintree Homeowners Association was rescheduled to January 5th. At this meeting, Alex Weyers, Richard Sun and Gerry A. Andrianopoulos were re-elected to the Board of Directors and Judy Raboteau was elected to fill the position vacated by Liliam Arce. The Board committed to making the parking rules more succinct and clear in 2023, as well as doing a better job of ensuring the latest meeting minutes and scheduled events are posted to the Raintree Website.
In accordance with the Raintree HOA Bylaws, notices were mailed to all homeowners
informing you of the Annual Meeting this Thursday, December 12, 2019, in order to elect members to the Board of Directors, and so that the business of the Raintree Homeowners Association can be conducted. It is very important that you return the enclosed proxy or attend the Annual Meeting scheduled for:
