2014 Annual Raintree Homeowners Association Meeting

In accordance with the Raintree HOA Bylaws, notices are being mailed to all homeowners informing you of the Annual Meeting for December 18th, 2014, in order to elect members to the Board of Directors, and so that the business of the Raintree Homeowners Association can be conducted. It is very important that you return the proxy or attend the Annual Meeting at:

Time: 6:30 p.m. (Check in at 6:00 p.m.)
Place: Woodburn Elementary School Library

Please remember that a quorum is necessary to transact any business at this meeting. If you cannot attend, please complete the attached proxy and return it to:

If you do attend, your proxy will be returned to you at the time you sign in. You may appoint any of the current Board members, any other homeowner, or any person of your choice as proxy. However, please note that the proxy must be signed by all owners of record and dated to be valid.

We have also attached the approved budget for 2015 and are happy to announce there will be no increase in dues for 2015.

Notice regarding Annual Meeting this week

Homeowners,

Due to a variety of issues, the Annual Homeowner’s Association meeting will be rescheduled as soon as the board locks down a draft 2015 budget. In the meantime, this Thursday’s meeting will be repurposed for a monthly Board Meeting to discuss the recent reserve study, the draft budget and the rescheduling of the annual meeting. Details are below:

Annual HOA Membership Meeting Rescheduled

Homeowners, please be aware that the annual Raintree HOA Membership Meeting had to be rescheduled due to a failure to reach the required 19 home quorum. It is now tentatively rescheduled for Thursday December 19th at 6:30pm in the Woodburn Elementary School Library. If you cannot attend and have not already provided your proxy form to someone who can, please do so, otherwise the HOA cannot conduct the necessary business to approve a budget for 2014.

A letter containing the final details and additional proxy forms will be sent to your homes at least 25 days in advance of the rescheduled meeting. Our apologies to all of those who took the time to show up at today’s canceled event.
