Please note you should have received a letter from April 29, 2021 in the mail informing you that the Raintree Homeowners Association Board of Directors has awarded the management of the community to Sequoia Management Company, Inc. effective May 1, 2021.

Please remember that if you use an online bill paying service, you will need to ensure that your account number is changed and your payment is redirected to the address listed below when you receive your 3rd quarter dues invoice. You can als oregister to pay through our online portal by registering at sequoia.cincwebaxis.com.

informing you of the Annual Meeting this Thursday, December 12, 2019, in order to elect members to the Board of Directors, and so that the business of the Raintree Homeowners Association can be conducted. It is very important that you return the enclosed proxy or attend the Annual Meeting scheduled for:

November Monthly HOA Board Meeting Tonight

Homeowners, please be aware that the monthly HOA board meeting is tonight.

We will be joined by Jeff Showers from Drainage and Erosion Solutions to discuss his proposal to address the ongoing sinkhole and erosion issues occurring on our property. Please meet at the GHA lobby at 7 to join us.

Trash & Recycling pickup delayed by 1 day

Raintree neighbors,

Due to inclement weather, American Disposal will be picking up Thursday’s trash and recycling on Friday, Feb 22 this week. Please hold off on putting your trash and recycling containers out on the sidewalks until Thursday evening. Trash service delayed one day this week

Due to inclimate weather and road conditions, all scheduled American Disposal services (trash and recycling) will be performed on a one day delay Tuesday through Saturday. Accordingly, our trash and recycling should be picked up Friday, not Thursday, this week.
